Hospitality Grand Millennium Al-Wahda Abu Dhabi 1 vertical video
The corner of Alfredo alla Scrofa in Rome seen from the street, the restaurant’s vertical sign above a red awning lettered Caffè dal 1899. A meringue and cream dessert with raspberries, redcurrants and a blackberry on a pool of red fruit coulis, a lit candle in the centre. Fettuccine Alfredo turned in butter and parmesan, served on a pale plate stamped with the restaurant’s name. The open tasting menu laid across a set table, glasses and cutlery and a green napkin embroidered Alfredo on either side. Spaghetti al pomodoro plated in a long curve on a white plate, bread and water on the linen behind it. Tell me the property or the campaign, the dates, and where the content needs to live. I’ll come back with an approach, a deliverables list and a rate. Usage and exclusivity are agreed up front, in writing.
